Soothing Hatha is the ideal class to start or deepen your yoga practise. Various beginner friendly Yoga postures (Āsana) to gently improve the mobility of your joints, strengthen every muscle in your body & improve the functions of your organs. Activating for the body, it comes with breathing exercises (Prānāyāma) for a relaxed & focused nervous system & a short meditation to bring calm & focus to your mind as well.
The perfect class to start if you’re new to Yoga & want to learn the fundamentals of a sustainable Hatha Yoga practise on your own terms.
