Yin Yoga is beginner friendly, physical flexibility, mental balance & a well-deserved break from our often hectic everyday lives.

Every class consists of Hatha Yoga postures (Āsana) held over a longer period of time, allowing you to relax & turn your focus completely inwards & towards yourself. An effective practise to reduce stress & balance your mind.

At the same time you improve your flexibility & blood circulation deep into your fascia & connective tissues. So effective, even olympic athletes turn to it for recovery in between training sessions.
